Your account is strategically managed by an experienced Account Manager and Board Level Sponsor – both of whom attend scheduled review meetings and are available to you at any time.
Vulnerability
We understand the need to balance recovery with protecting those who find themselves to be vulnerable. Vulnerability cases are managed by our Welfare Team to provide specialist support.
Our programme of vulnerability training, case reviews and liaison with advice organisations Countrywide ensures we effectively identify, support and signpost those in need.
