About the role:
We are looking for telephone collection agents to join our growing team. Experience is not essential and full training will be provided. We are looking for applicants who have the ability to problem solve inbound queries and outbound contact campaigns. We aim to deliver positive outcomes for customers who find themselves in difficult situations. Successful colleagues are able to remain calm, confident and work with customers to find the best solution. This is a full time office based role Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am-6pm. Occasional Saturday and Bank Holiday cover required.
