Rundles is proud to announce that its Managing Director, Amy Collins, has been appointed President of the Civil Enforcement Association (CIVEA), the national trade body representing professional civil enforcement agencies across England and Wales.
Amy’s appointment reflects her long‑standing involvement in the sector and her commitment to professional standards, ethical enforcement and constructive engagement with government, local authorities and stakeholders.
National leadership for a changing sector
CIVEA plays a central role in shaping policy, setting standards and representing the civil enforcement profession at a national level, particularly during a period of significant regulatory and public focus. As President, Amy will lead the organisation at a time when the sector is facing both challenge and opportunity, including anticipated regulatory reform and ongoing work with the Ministry of Justice.
Amy brings extensive operational and strategic experience to the role, alongside a strong understanding of the balance required between effective enforcement, public confidence and agent welfare.
Priorities for her presidency
During her term as President, Amy will focus on three key areas that are critical to the long‑term sustainability and credibility of civil enforcement:
- A stable and sustainable fee framework
Working towards a more consistent and predictable approach to reviewing fees, supporting investment in training, safety, technology and service quality. - Supporting the transition to statutory regulation
Ensuring CIVEA members are well supported as the sector moves towards statutory regulation, with a clear focus on raising standards and strengthening public trust. - Improving engagement and understanding
Promoting clearer dialogue with the public, stakeholders and the enforcement workforce, helping to improve understanding of how enforcement operates and the safeguards already in place.
What this means for Rundles
Amy’s presidency reinforces Rundles’ position at the forefront of the enforcement sector and reflects the organisation’s ongoing commitment to professionalism, transparency and ethical practice.
While her role as President is undertaken on behalf of the wider industry, it aligns closely with Rundles’ values and its approach to working in partnership with local authorities and the courts.
Rundles congratulates Amy on her appointment and is proud to support her as she takes on this important national leadership role.
