We’re really proud to share that Rundles has once again been awarded Great Place To Work UK Certified™ status — and this year’s results show just how far we’ve come.
Compared to last year, engagement increased and survey scores improved across several areas, reflecting the changes we made after listening carefully to colleague feedback in 2024. We didn’t just review the results, we acted on them. The introduction of our colleague focus group played a key role, giving people the space to share honest views and helping us turn feedback into meaningful improvements.
Even more colleagues took part in the survey this year, strengthening the quality of insight and reinforcing our commitment to listening, learning and improving together. Those improved results are a direct outcome of our people having a stronger voice, and seeing that their views genuinely make a difference.
This certification isn’t just about being a Great Place to Work, it’s about becoming an even greater place to work, year on year. As we close out a fantastic year for Rundles, this recognition belongs to our teams and the culture they create every day.
