Rundles is proud to have received five awards at the CIVEA Awards 2026, recognising the people, teamwork, training and values that sit at the heart of our business.

The CIVEA Awards celebrate excellence across the civil enforcement industry, highlighting individuals and organisations who demonstrate professionalism, innovation, leadership and commitment to best practice.

This year, Rundles was honoured to receive:

Woman in Enforcement – Amy Collins
Outstanding Back Office Employee – Alex Stanyon
Outstanding Enforcement Agent – Neil Lewis
Team of the Year – Rundles
Training and Development Initiative – Rundles Learning Conferences

While each award is incredibly meaningful, being named Team of the Year was especially significant for us. It reflects the culture we have worked hard to build across the whole organisation — one based on collaboration, support, shared standards and our belief in resolving together as one team.

From our Enforcement Agents and Contact Centre colleagues to our Welfare Team, Client Services, Finance, HR, Leadership and everyone working behind the scenes, every part of Rundles plays a role in delivering fair, consistent and professional services for our clients and the customers we support.

Our Team of the Year recognition was based on the strength of our One Team culture, including our colleague engagement work, peer recognition, internal progression, strong retention, and the way colleagues across departments support each other every day. It also reflected our commitment to creating a workplace where people feel valued, listened to and proud of the difference they make.

We were also delighted that three colleagues received individual recognition.

Amy Collins, Managing Director of Rundles, was named Woman in Enforcement, recognising her leadership, contribution to the sector and commitment to raising standards across the industry.

Alex Stanyon received the award for Outstanding Back Office Employee, celebrating the dedication, professionalism and reliability that back office colleagues bring to the successful delivery of enforcement services.

Neil Lewis was named Outstanding Enforcement Agent, recognising the skill, judgement and professionalism required in a challenging frontline role.

Rundles was also proud to win the Training and Development Initiative award for our Rundles Learning Conferences. These events were created to provide meaningful learning, discussion and collaboration for local authority colleagues, sector partners and our own teams. They reflect our belief that investing in knowledge, skills and shared learning helps improve outcomes across the whole enforcement journey.

Amy Collins, Managing Director of Rundles, said:

“Winning five awards is an incredible honour, but what makes me most proud is what they represent. These awards recognise the people across Rundles who show care, professionalism and commitment every day. Team of the Year feels particularly special because it belongs to everyone. It reflects the culture we have built together — one where colleagues support each other, share knowledge, and work together to deliver services in the right way. I am also hugely proud of Alex, Neil, and everyone involved in our training and development work. These achievements are a reflection of the whole Rundles team.”

The awards come at an important moment for Rundles, as Amy Collins also takes on the role of President of CIVEA. Her appointment reflects a continued commitment to supporting positive change across the sector, with a focus on professionalism, fairness, collaboration and responsible enforcement.

Rundles would like to thank CIVEA, the independent judging panel, our clients, partners and colleagues for their continued support.

Most importantly, we would like to thank every member of the Rundles team. These awards belong to all of you.
