Brigideen McGuire brings over 16 years of dedication and broad business experience to her role as Head of Quality & Compliance at Rundles. Before joining the company, Brigideen built a strong foundation in operational excellence and stakeholder engagement through roles in procurement and relationship account management.

Leadership at Rundles

In her current position, Brigideen leads on all aspects of quality and compliance, drawing on expertise that spans:

• Supply chain and procurement
• Sales and tender management
• Relationship management and HR
• Quality assurance

Her main responsibilities include ensuring the highest standards across the business, supporting colleagues, and maintaining a culture of fairness and honesty from the company Director and throughout the organisation.

Achievements and Recognition

Brigideen is especially proud of implementing a UKAS-accredited Quality Management System at Rundles, ensuring the business meets rigorous standards for quality, consistency, and continual improvement. This system covers several key benchmarks, including:

• ISO 9001 for quality management
• ISO 14001 for environmental management
• ISO 27001 for information security

She has also played a key role in achieving and maintaining accreditations in Social Value and consumer vulnerability, reflecting Rundles’ dedication to ethical enforcement and supporting those in need. The variety each day brings and the opportunity to keep learning and raising standards across the business are what Brigideen enjoys most about her role.

Approach and Motivation

Known for a “can do” attitude, optimism, and enthusiasm, Brigideen is always approachable—her door is always open. She embodies the “Resolve Together. As One Team.” ethos by supporting colleagues and fostering a collaborative environment. The ability to express ideas and know they are respected is a key motivator for her.

Brigideen holds a Certificate in Management Studies and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from De Montfort University, as well as CIPP/E Data Protection, Kepner-Tregoe Project Management, and NEBOSH Health & Safety qualifications.

Outside of work, Brigideen enjoys spending time on the Norfolk coast, embracing the chance to unwind and recharge.
