We recently conducted a survey among our clients, offering to donate to the Trussel Trust for every completed response. We received responses from over 50% of our clients, resulting in a donation of £500 to the Trussel Trust. We are grateful to our clients for their participation and feedback.
One of the key metrics we measured was our Net Promoter Score (NPS), which indicates how likely our clients are to recommend Rundles to a colleague. We are pleased to report an NPS of 63, a strong indicator of client satisfaction and loyalty. Our goal for next year is to see an increase in this score as we continue to enhance our services.
- Revenue Generation: 98% of respondents are satisfied or very satisfied with the level of revenue Rundles generates for them. This demonstrates our effectiveness in delivering financial results for our clients.
- Fair and Professional Debt Resolution: 98% of clients find Rundles very effective or effective in resolving debt cases fairly and professionally. This underscores our commitment to ethical and professional practices.
- Team Professionalism: An impressive 100% of respondents rated the professionalism of our team members as excellent or good. This reflects the high standards we maintain in our interactions with clients.
