Michelle Diggin

Account Manager

Career Highlights

Michelle Diggin has nearly 20 years’ experience in the enforcement sector and has been with Rundles for almost 11 years. She began her career in a call centre environment before moving into client services at Equita, building strong foundations in customer care, stakeholder management and service delivery. Since joining Rundles, Michelle has progressed into Account Management, where she combines deep sector knowledge with a consistent, dependable approach to client support.

Leadership at Rundles

As an Account Manager, Michelle is responsible for managing a portfolio of client relationships and supporting new business opportunities, as well as representing Rundles at industry events and meetings. She is known for being approachable, professional and highly reliable and for the way she builds long-standing, trusted relationships with clients that go beyond “contract management” and feel like genuine partnership.

Michelle naturally lives the Resolve Together. As One Team. ethos: she’s a committed team player, always willing to support colleagues when needed, and focused on achieving shared goals alongside both clients and internal teams.

Achievements and Recognition

Michelle is proud to have played her part in Rundles’ award-winning partnership working with local authorities, and to have reached her 10-year milestone with the business, a reflection of the relationships she’s built and the consistency she brings to every client. She takes pride in retaining and strengthening client partnerships over time, helping Rundles to grow through trust, performance and collaboration.

She also serves on the Executive Committee for the Thames Valley Association, supporting wider engagement across the sector.

Life Beyond Work

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, and getting out for walks. A fun fact colleagues might not know: she has lived in South East Asia for six months and in Spain for a year,  experiences that shaped her love of travel and adventure.

We asked Michelle...

Coffee in the morning — tea in the evening.

South America.

If you could instantly master any skill, what would it be?

To speak another language — or play an instrument.

What’s the most adventurous thing you’ve ever done?

Cliff jumping in Thailand, travelling solo in the Philippines, and spending time with (and bathing!) elephants in Asia.
