Career Highlights
Nick Francis has been part of the Rundles story for 26 years. Starting in the industry at 17 as an office junior, Nick went on to spend 15 years on the frontline as an Enforcement Agent before establishing and running Rundles’ Kent office for a decade. Since then, he has progressed through account management into client and business development roles, adapting as legislation, working practices and customer expectations have evolved, while keeping integrity and fairness at the heart of his approach.
Leadership at Rundles
In his current role, Nick is responsible for:
- Managing and nurturing existing client relationships
- Identifying, developing and securing new business opportunities
- Supporting clients with responsive, solutions-focused communication
- Helping teams align around clear goals, priorities and delivery expectations
Nick is known for being calm under pressure, organised, and quick to find practical answers. A natural relationship-builder, he brings an outgoing, respectful style that supports trust, transparency and long-term partnerships, reflecting Rundles’ commitment to Resolve Together. As One Team.
Achievements and Recognition
Nick is proud to have represented Rundles through fundraising and challenge events alongside colleagues and client partners, including:
- Three Peaks Challenge (2016) for Cancer Research
- RBLI charity cycle: Kent to Ypres (2019) with colleagues, clients and forces veterans
- Yorkshire Three Peaks (2024) for Cancer Research
He has also led client initiatives, including delivery of the HSE project and securing Covid Door Knocks services for multiple clients, demonstrating his ability to interpret client needs and build a measured, effective response at pace.
Life Beyond Work
Outside work, Nick has always loved sport, including golf, football and cricket. He’s proud of his single-figure golf handicap. He learned to ski at 40 and now skis to an advanced level, chasing the adrenaline of the slopes. Nick also enjoys cooking, and counts learning new skills at the Rick Stein Seafood School as one of his favourite experiences.

Black coffee — always (but not after lunch, or sleeping won’t be an option!).
Favourite film or TV show?
Happy Gilmore — I must have seen it 10+ times.
Dream holiday destination?
South Africa — and I’d love to travel on the Blue Train from Pretoria to Cape Town, in old-school luxury through spectacular scenery.
What’s your go-to productivity hack or ritual?
“Eat That Frog.” It’s been a game-changer for identifying the most important task and doing it first.
What’s the most adventurous thing you’ve ever done?
A skydive from 15,000 feet in Sydney — an unforgettable experience
